We offer standard UK mainland delivery within 3-5 working days. For larger items like garden furniture or pergolas, our specialized two-man delivery team will contact you to schedule a specific time slot.
Do you offer a guarantee on your plants?
Yes, we offer a 5-year Hardy Plant Guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive within five years, we will replace it or issue a credit note, provided you have proof of purchase and have followed care instructions.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Absolutely. You can return non-perishable items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Please note that live plants and custom-ordered furniture are subject to specific return conditions.
How do I track my online order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
